Our doctors and staff have achieved the highest levels of education and training in the specialized field of Pediatric Dentistry. It is our goal, as Pediatric Dental specialists, to insure that our patients have the best experiences possible, under all circumstances, so that they will continue to be comfortable in the dental environment.
We also believe that both prevention at a very young age and parental involvement in the preventive aspect of dental disease are essential to long term oral health. It is our desire and responsibility to educate both the parents and the patients of our practice. We hope that this will enable them to maintain an informed and positive focus on dental health for the rest of their lives.
Kaitlynn is a full-time hygienist here at Dentistry for Kids. She graduated in 2012 from University of Maryland, School of Dentistry with a Bachelor’s Degree. Kaitlynn began working at Dentistry for Kids in 2011 as a sterilization tech while attending hygiene school. Post graduation, Kaitlynn began as a hygienist at Dentistry for Kids on Saturdays. Just as the practice has grown, so has Kaitlynn’s time and involvement here at Dentistry for Kids. She now works full-time, she has a true passion and love of working with children. Kaitlynn and her husband Jeremy are the proud parents of 2 daughters- Lilli and Benelli and 2 adorable dogs: Winnie and Honey. When Kaitlynn is not working, you can find her curled up with her kindle reading. She also loves to spend time outdoors hunting, fishing, boating, and camping with her family.
Courtney is a part-time hygienist here at Dentistry for Kids. She graduated in 1996 from University of Maryland, School of Dentistry, Suma Cum Laude. She began her career as a hygienist in both a periodontal office and a family dental practice. She joined the team at Dentistry for Kids in 2010 after having such a great experience bringing her 2 children here. Courtney also spends time investing in the lives of children outside of work. She has traveled several times to the impoverished area of Nogales, Mexico to host a Children’s Dental Day. She is also involved at River Valley Ranch, a summer camp in Carroll County. When Courtney is not at work, she can usually be found teaching yoga, exercising, gardening, and cooking fresh and healthy meals for her family. Courtney and her husband, Jon have 2 adult children- Anna and Aidan.
Natalie is a part-time hygienist at Dentistry for Kids. She graduated in 2016 from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry (her second bachelor’s degree). After working in general dentistry for eight years, she moved to pediatrics in 2022 and joined Dentistry for Kids in 2024. Natalie’s priority is to create a welcoming and reassuring environment, so children feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. She genuinely wants every child to love visiting the dentist! Outside of work, Natalie enjoys taking her son on new adventures, listening to audiobooks, riding her Peloton bike, and spending time with family.
