  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone at 410-771-8200, or in person.
  • Cancellations: We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your child’s appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten the appointment to accommodate other patients.

  1. Payment and Insurance
  • Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
  • Insurance: We accept most major insurance plans. However, you are responsible for confirming coverage and understanding your benefits. Any charges not covered by insurance will be your responsibility.
  • Financial Assistance: If you are unable to pay the full amount at the time of service, please inquire about payment options.
